These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nebula AI Clean: Cleaner Pro (the “App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Use of the App
Nebula AI Clean: Cleaner Pro provides tools designed to help you manage and optimize storage on your device, including photo and video scanning, duplicate content detection, identification of large files, and storage cleanup and optimization suggestions. The App is designed to process your photos and videos locally on your device. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.
2. User Responsibilities
When using Nebula AI Clean, you agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse any feature or function of the App
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or damage the App
- Use the App for illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt normal operation
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design, text, graphics, software, and other materials contained in the App are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nebula AI Clean: Cleaner Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect classification of every file, or that the App will satisfy every individual requirement. You are responsible for reviewing files before choosing to delete or modify them.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for loss of data resulting from user actions, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of stored content and device-related issues not directly caused by the App. Maintain appropriate backups of important data.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or create risks to the App, its services, or other users. You may stop using Nebula AI Clean at any time by uninstalling it.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available within the App. Continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
